The picture shows many children playing happily with the water at Bugis Junction Water Fountain. The weather must be very hot so lots of children went to the water fountain to use the water to cool themselves down. All the children under the water fountain and all their clothes are wet but they don't mind. There's lots of shop around the water fountain,most of the adult is looking at them, i think they also want to join the kids to cool themselves down but they can't, maybe they do not have dry clothes.
